Villa Al Manara is a luxury villa project located in the upscale and exclusive neighborhood of Al Manara in Dubai. The area is known for its mix of low-rise and high-rise buildings, as well as stand-alone villas, and is considered to be one of the more peaceful and quiet areas in the city.

 

The design objective for this project was to create a Hi-end modern luxury villa that incorporates the principles of Feng Shui. The result is a villa with clean, straight lines and a minimalistic approach. The L-shaped plan encircles the inner space, creating cozy courtyards for living and maximizing the indoor-outdoor experience with the help of big windows and terraces.
